Clowns R Us? After a few week’s resurgence, “Impact Wrestling’s” tag team division might be taking a big hit. Reno Scum is on hold due to an injury and now it seems that a second team is done due to one of the members leaving the promotion. While it’s not clear what he’ll be doing, a former champion is WWE bound.

According to Dave Meltzer on “Wrestling Observer Radio” by way of Wrestlinginc.com, Crazzy Steve is done with Impact Wrestling and heading to WWE. There is no word on if he’ll be heading to the main roster or debuting down in NXT, nor is there a timetable for his debut. It doesn’t seem that Crazzy Steve has any animosity towards Impact Wrestling though, based on the following Tweet:

Opinion: I’m not sure what role Crazzy Steve could play in WWE but they must see something in him. He’s a fine hand in the ring and could be useful somewhere, though I haven’t seen him do anything special in Impact Wrestling. Maybe a repackaging could help, but getting away from his previous employers is probably best for his career.
