Go away heat? There are a lot of people involved in making a wrestling show work aside from just the wrestlers. A wrestling show is supposed to tell a story to the fans that means the promotion is going to need to point them in the right direction. That can be easier said than done and having the correct people around can help a lot. Now one of WWE’s best might be in a bit of trouble.
WWE has an interesting setup with its interviews as the interviewers rarely do anything more than hold the microphone for a promo. They are more like backstage reporters than anything else, but every now and then you find one of them who stands out in a positive way. That is the case at the moment, but one of their current best has not been doing so well as of late.
According to Fightful Select, there is backstage heat on Charly Caruso, who has been repeatedly late to interviews for Monday Night Raw. As a result, she has been pulled from television, specifically over being late to interviews with Sheamus and Randy Orton. WWE recently hired a new interviewer named Kevin Patrick, who was brought in to replace Caruso in the role.
Caruso is pretty good at this thing. Check out what she does in WWE:
Opinion: If Caruso isn’t making it to her job on time, I can’t blame WWE for being upset at her. She is one of the better interviewers WWE has had in a good while, but at the end of the day, there are people who can do her job well enough. At the same time she is working more regularly for ESPN, so maybe she winds up there full time instead. She definitely has talent, but hopefully she can get the other issues fixed up.
