AJ Styles Gets A Giant New Friend

Wow you’re tall. The WWE Draft shook things up around WWE in a big way and that might be a very good thing. That is the case this year again, as all kinds of wrestlers moved from one show to another. Some of them are names you have seen before but there are some others who might be getting a fresh start. That certainly is true with someone on Monday Night Raw who hasn’t had the best chances before.

Every now and then you see someone is wrestling who is so physically different that you can’t take your eyes off of them. There are only a few of them around but when you see then, you can’t stop watching. That has been the case as of late on Monday Night Raw, and now one of the true physical marvels on the show is getting his highest profile spot on the card yet.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Jordan Omogbehin debuted as AJ Styles’ bodyguard. Omogbehin is better known as Akira Tozawa’s giant ninja and the bouncer from Raw Underground, though he was never named on television. This pairing was rumored over the weekend but it was not clear when or if it would make it to television. Omogbehin was ringside as Styles defeated Matt Riddle.

Opinion: This should work out fine as the bodyguard is an idea that has worked for years. It can work well here as someone having to get past the monster to get to Styles is going to look awesome. Omogbehin is a giant and someone who could be very intimidating for a long time. It’s an easy idea and something that could be effective, so I’m not sure what else you could ask for.
