Finally, WCPW may have a breakthrough in their situation with YouTube. Could this signify any change with YouTube not allowing wrestling for monitization? Probably not. Progress is still progress though.

Adam Blampied announced through his Twitter today that ‘Fight Back’ has been successfully appealed and is now able to be watched on YouTube for free.

This comes after YouTube falsely removed the live stream for ‘Fight Back’ as it concluded, stating that the video was taken down due to a ‘violation of YouTube’s policy on spam and deceptive practices,’ which also resulted in the channel getting a strike and revoking the channel’s ability to stream. No word yet on if WCPW streams can continue, but the strike appears to have been removed.

Editor’s Note:

I’m glad this was resolved quickly, because it should have never happened in the first place. I think YouTube as a platform, not to stray too far from wrestling…but it is having huge problems right now. Hopefully everything can be resolved sooner rather than later.
