As reported by PWInsider, an ECW legend was scheduled for an indie event but appeared drunk and attempted to hijack the show.

A few nights ago Blitzkrieg Pro Wrestling held their latest show in Enfield, CT. ECW legend Justin Credible was there and paid to do a pre-show signing and cut an in-ring promo.

When he showed up clearly intoxicated, he was pulled from the show. Despite this, he showed up in the ring, clearly in no shape to make an appearance.

Credible initially demanded a microphone, while slurring his words. He hijacked the show whilst other wrestlers attempted to get him to leave the ring.

One of the wrestlers claimed that Credible was one of his heroes and he is letting everyone down by acting the way he is. He said Credible should get out for showing up drunk.

While Credible did eventually leave, he would come back a few minutes later to continue arguing with the personnel before finally leaving again.

It is worth noting that just a month ago, Credible tweeted that he was clean and sober, thanking WWE for their help after they stepped in back in July to help him with some ongoing issues including a possible jail sentence.

We have provided a video of the incident, taken by a fan who goes by ‘DBTV’ on YouTube. Fare warning, there is some vulgar language and images of intoxication.

What do you think of this incident? Was this too soon for a booking after being declared clean and sober?
