The Alachua County Sheriff in Florida has explained that Swann was taken into custody around 12am on Sunday with no bond amount being listed.
The charges are listed as battery and kidnap/false imprisonment of an adult.
At this time, there is not much else known about the arrest and we have no idea what the aftermath of such an event will be.
WWE do possess the ability to release superstars if they are arrested or are in trouble with the law to some degree. If Swann is indeed guilty of these charges, he may indeed be the next superstar released from the company.
