Rock Missing Raw: “Not A Creative Issue”

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has commented further on tonight’s news that The Rock has flew back home to LA and will not be appearing on tonight’s edition of Raw.

Speaking on the F4WOnline.com message boards, Meltzer said “Definitely not a creative issue. Everything they were planning tonight was right from his mouth and laid out by him to creative, not the other way around. He was the one who told Brock the angle and Brock was more than fine with it”.

When asked about the news that Rock could be injured, Meltzer said “Don’t know the severity of the injury. Don’t want to speculate more until I hear more”.

Meltzer initially broke the news that The Rock would not be at Raw and is said to be close friends with him.
