Thursday night’s NXT tapings at Full Sail University saw “The Ascension” Conor O’Brian and Rick Victor win the NXT Tag Team Championship after they defeated Adrian Neville and Corey Graves.
The win earns O’Brian his first championship in NXT. He had previously been packaged in “The Ascension” tag team along with Kenneth Cameron in the beginning of the show’s run. The band broke up after Cameron was released from the company.
Graves and Neville will be receiving a title rematch two weeks following the airing of this episode.
