Former WWE Champion John Cena will be returning to WWE television in October. The Wrestling Observer notes that while he will be back next month on WWE TV, he will likely not be physically active in the ring again until the Royal Rumble.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and after the success of their 2012 Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, which heavily involved Cena, the WWE wants him to be a part of this years campaign as well.

Cena is currently rehabilitating a torn triceps injury, which will also be filmed and highlighted during the second half of this season of WWE Total Divas as well. All this means is you should expect Cena to return on camera a lot faster than you see him return to the ring.
