Fandango Being Pushed by McMahon

Vince McMahon is the one directly behind the recent push of Fandango, PWInsider is reporting. The report suggests that McMahon feels that Fandango is getting over with his arrogance, and will be a strong heel going forward for the company.

Fandango has a match scheduled for WrestleMania 29 with Chris Jericho, which is no coincidence either. It is said that McMahon believes that Jericho will help get Fandango over, though that is no indication directly of how their match will pan out.

Jericho is likely to remain with WWE in some capacity past WrestleMania, which could lead to a rematch between the two at Extreme Rules.
