The man who started the “Yes!” craze may be coming in to take it out. PWInsider.com is reporting that there is currently a plan in place for Daniel Bryan to face a returning Sheamus at WrestleMania XXX.
Sheamus and Bryan have faced off twice at WrestleMania before, with Bryan coming out empty both times. The first time, WrestleMania 27, was supposed to feature both on the main card, but they got bumped and the bout was a dark match that went to a no-contest. The very next year, Bryan lost the World Heavyweight Championship in 18 seconds to open the show in Miami, Fla. It was in this match that Bryan’s “Yes!” chant caught steam.
Recently, all of Sheamus’ tweets were deleted, and some cryptic teases have been shown on his page. Currently, it says “Rebooting….” a pun on his comeback and finishing move. He has been out of action since last summer, and some have speculated he would return as a heel.
Though things often change in WWE, the report states that this is almost a lock for the main card and would be considered one of the main event matches. Sheamus is expected back soon, possibly as soon as this Sunday at the Royal Rumble.
