WWE has had a bad run of injuries lately, on every corner of the card. Luckily, a few new updates indicate things are going well for the recovery of these superstars.

The biggest name on the list is Shinsuke Nakamura, and a recent Twitter post from NXT indicates that he won’t need knee surgery following his injury in the Takeover match against Bobby Roode. But hey, that injury was totally a work, anyway. (Though an admittedly convincing one.)

His NXT countryman, Hideo Itami, suffered an injury far more real. According to PWInsider, Itami is now cleared to compete, though it’s unclear when or how he’ll return to action.

The missing Wyatt Family member, Erick Rowan is also speeding toward recovery after surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. He’s now at the Performance Center training in preparation for a return.

Rich Swann’s disappearance from Cruiserweight action last week seems to be the result of a foot or ankle injury, which dismissed him from action ahead of what seemed to be a likely rematch with Neville.

News also broke earlier today that Seth Rollins is expected to be cleared in time for WrestleMania.
