Fatal Five-Way Set for Tuesday Night

That’s one way to find a new challenger. Rich Swann lost the Cruiserweight Title to Neville at “Royal Rumble 2017” but as is so often the case, he has an automatic rematch clause. However, that was derailed by an injury during a brawl with Neville last week on “Monday Night Raw”. That means a new #1 contender needs to be crowned and that’s going to be taken care of on “205 Live”.

This week on “Monday Night Raw”, Austin Aries announced a fatal five way elimination match with Jack Gallagher, Cedric Alexander, Noam Dar, TJ Perkins and Tony Nese facing off for the shot at Neville at “Fastlane 2017”. The match will take place this week on “205 Live”, which will air on Tuesday night on the WWE Network.

My money is on Gallagher, who would be fine for a one off challenger. Alexander seems to be a bigger deal but at least we can have someone like Gallagher come in, have a good match and then go on to a real feud. Neville vs. Gallagher should be a lot of fun but there really isn’t a bad combination on the list, which says a lot about Neville’s abilities.
