According to Zap2It.com, the Monday, November 4th episode of the WWE flagship program, Monday Night Raw, drew less viewers as the broadcast progressed through it’s three-hour time-slot. Monday’s episode pulled 3.887 million viewers, which is lower than the number of people that watched the show on October 28th. 4.152 million watched RAW that week, which was an episode that directly followed a WWE Pay-Per-View event.

During the first hour of the program, there were 4.069 million viewers leaving their television sets on the USA Network to see CM Punk take on Luke Harper, Ryback defeat The Great Khali, and Kofi Kingston tap out to Alberto Del Rio.

The second hour drew 3.951 million viewers, and the WWE Champion, Randy Orton defeated Big E. Langston during this hour. World Heavyweight Champion John Cena and the WWE Tag Team Champions also competed in a six-man tag team match during the second hour, which was the feature bout for this time slot.

RAW’s viewership numbers then sank to 3.643 million during the final hour of the show. The third hour was in fact the slowest hour in terms of action, with the last thirty minutes of the show being based around the Big Show confronting Triple H and Stephanie McMahon before being attacked by Orton and the Shield. Even the appearance of a new “corporate” Kane could not keep people’s attention to the end of the program, which many viewers have claimed to have been “too slow” on Twitter and Facebook.
