Stipulation for Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler at “Extreme Rules” Announced
During the April 14 tapings for the April 16 edition of WWE “Smackdown,” it was announced that Sheamus would be facing Dolph Ziggler at “Extreme Rules” on April 26. Sheamus would also announce the stipulation for the bout, calling it a “Kiss Me Arse” Match. Apparently, the loser will have to kiss the victor’s “arse” in the middle of the ring.
Sheamus returned to WWE action on March 30, just one night removed from WrestleMania 31. He returned to “save” Ziggler and Daniel Bryan from Bad News Barrett, only to then attack both men and turn heel.
Since his return, Sheamus has said he is on a quest to eliminate all of the “little guys” in the company that are considered “fan favorite underdogs.” Ziggler, Bryan, and Neville all fall under that category.
After attacking Ziggler and Neville on “RAW” on April 13, Sheamus faced Neville during the tapings of the April 16 edition of “Smackdown,” getting disqualified for his brutality against the young main roster newcomer. Ziggler arrived to make the save for Neville, but the damage had been done.
It was then that Sheamus announced he’d be facing Ziggler in a “Kiss Me Arse” Match at “Extreme Rules” on April 26. You can read all the spoilers from that edition of “Smackdown” here.
