A stipulation has been added to the Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose match at “SummerSlam.” Dean Ambrose won a “Beat the Clock Challenge” on the Aug. 4 edition of “Monday Night Raw” in order to have the power to select the stipulation for his match with Rollins on Aug. 17. He announced the the match at “SummerSlam” would be a Lumberjack Match during the Aug. 5 “Smackdown” tapings.
Ambrose and Rollins have been at odds since “Mr. Money in the Bank” turned on The Shield on June 2. The two were scheduled for a match at “Battleground,” but that bout would not take place due to Ambrose attacking Rollins prior to the match taking place. Ambrose would continue stalking and lashing out at Rollins throughout the entire PPV, however.
During the Aug. 4 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” Ambrose won a “Beat the Clock Challenge” to give him the authority to select the match stipulation. With a Lumberjack Match, superstars will surround the ring, keeping both Rollins and Ambrose inside of the squared circle (or at least that’s the concept).
“SummerSlam” will air on the WWE Network, as well as select cable providers, on Aug. 17. Thanks to @TroubleInTexass for the report.

Wow. Not what I expected AT ALL. I really hoped this was a fake spoiler, but alas, it’s not.
