Sasha Banks and Charlotte May Appear During “RAW” on July 13

According to reports from a source within WWE, and notes from PWInsider.com, it is possible that NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks and Charlotte may appear during “RAW” on July 13, which airs on the USA Network at 8 p.m ET. As previously reported, plans for the duo to make an appearance on the main roster have been discussed for some time now, and WWE executives are planning on putting Banks and Charlotte with Paige as allies in her battle against The Bella Army.

Charlotte and Banks were backstage during the July 6 edition of “Monday Night Raw” as well, but were not used. WWE officials believed it would be better to have them come out together after they reunited as a tag team on “NXT” programming, which took place on July 8.

With the Divas Champion Nikki Bella, her sister Brie, and Alicia Fox constantly attacking and dominating Paige, it seems that a three-on-three bout is what’s been teased throughout this storyline. The commentary team continuously reminds fans at home that “Paige has no one on her side,” and that “someone’s got to help her at some point.”

Charlotte is someone that Vince McMahon has been eyeing for the main roster ever since he saw her perform during an NXT Live Event during WrestleMania weekend. She and Banks have consistently cranked out the best women’s matches on “NXT” programming, and could add a much needed shot in the arm to the Divas division on the main roster, if booked correctly.

Both “NXT” superstars are backstage in Atlanta for “RAW” on July 13, and a source within WWE has told WrestlingRumors.net that as of 5 p.m. ET, the script has Banks and Charlotte making an appearance on the show, providing support for the former NXT Women’s and WWE Divas Champion Paige. Cards are always subject to change, however, just as it was on July 6 when plans to bring out Banks and Charlotte were scrapped.
