"Rowdy" Roddy Piper Reveals that His "WrestleMania XXX Plans" Would Involve CM Punk and Hulk Hogan

WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper reveals that his “WrestleMania XXX plans” would involve CM Punk and Hulk Hogan.

Piper has not been confirmed to be appearing at the event, and is merely fantasy booking himself onto the card, but in a recent slew of tweets, Piper claims that he would love to do a “Piper’s Pit” segment on April 6 during the thirtieth anniversary of WrestleMania. His guests, if he were the one playing booker-man, would be CM Punk and WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan.

Piper has reportedly been talking to WWE officials about being a part of WrestleMania XXX in some way. These rumors gained some ground with Piper appeared on the latest edition of “Old School RAW,” but no further backstage information has been revealed in regards to Piper’s involvement with the event or not.

Initially, Piper and Hogan were discussed for a match at WrestleMania XXX. However, Hogan did not pass physical tests with WWE medical personnel and was then booked as the show’s host. Piper and Hogan are WrestleMania legends, as they were in the main event of the original WrestleMania together, which is why WWE officials have claimed that they want both men to appear at WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans.

Piper started his online campaign for a “Piper’s Pit” segment on Twitter saying,

Just saw Hulks Interview on Raw last night! Hogan can host WMXXX, I’ll just host the Piper’s Pit with Hogan at WMXXX

He then went even further with who he would want to see as his “guests” during the segment,

Throw the @WWE a new idea, “Put CMPunk” in the Pit at WMXXX! Then Hogan, then Vince! Be Sick!!
