The latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter claims that the WWE Network has affected PPV payments to most superstars on the roster. The report claims that while the majority of WWE talent are receiving little-to-nothing from the current payoff system, there are certain main event superstars that have deals locked down with the company that prevent them from being affected by it.

As previously reported, many superstars were unaware of how the launch of the WWE Network would alter their PPV paydays, especially their WrestleMania payoffs. Many banked on WrestleMania payments as a major part of their yearly income.

Although talent went into the company’s biggest event in April unsure of what they would be making from the show, most were relieved to find their paydays were quite good still amidst constant worry.

However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter claims that post-WrestleMania payoffs have been “really bad.” Assumptions have been made that this means talent may be getting paid off of the little amount PPVs are making now due to the existence of the WWE Network.

Editor’s Note:
I wonder how much is “a little” in this world?
