WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has updated his Q&A section of his website, JRsBarBQ.com. During the latest question and answer session between Ross and his fans, “Good Ol’ JR” comments on the recent rumors about Ric Flair going into rehab at the request of the WWE, whether he was asked to join him, and much more.
As we previously reported, Ric Flair was rumored to have just finished a stint in rehab at the cost of the WWE. One fan asked Ross about the report, and whether or not Ross was asked to go through the rehabilitation program as well.
The fan, named “The Tennessee Stud,” asks,
“JR, is it true the stories on the ‘net that after that panel discussion at Summerslam, that the WWE sent Ric Flair to rehab, and wanted you to go too, but you refused and thats why they wanted you to retire?”
Ross responds with an answer that hints at the rumors of Flair’s latest rehab trip being true, as he doesn’t answer the portion of the question about Flair. Ross says,
“Someone has a vivid imagination. Not true on my end.”
Ross also comments on the Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak and if he believes John Cena will end the streak at WrestleMania XXX. TOMWWE asks, with very poor english,
“I want John Cena wins the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30, what are the chances it will happen? Who are you win win if the Match at Wrestlemania 30 John Cena or The Undertaker?”
Ross’s response was,
“John Cena will never beat the Undertaker at WrestleMania. No one will.”
