A new report from PWInsider.com has provided a health update on Bad News Barrett. Barrett was injured prior to the 2014 “Money In The Bank” PPV in June and was stripped of the Intercontinental Championship in the process.

Barrett underwent successful shoulder surgery shortly after he suffered the injury, and was told it may be 2015 before he’d  be back in the ring. However, Barrett has been advertised for the upcoming WWE European tour that begins on Nov. 5, and PWInsider says Barrett is hoping to work.

Barrett has apparently been told that December would be when he would be able to return to in-ring action, but he is currently training and trying to speed up his recovery in order to possibly be cleared to compete in Europe over the span of the tour. If not, he’ll still make appearances for the company to sell tickets.

Daniel Bryan is also slated to appear during the over-seas tour, though it is more likely that Bryan will not compete and simply make appearances to drive ticket sales.

Editor’s Note:
I’m afraid I’ve got some…good news?
