Batista will be a featured talent during the June 12 NXT tapings in Winter Park, Fla. Flyers were handed out to promote the tapings being held on May 30 and June 12, and Batista is advertised for the latter. This advertisement seems to contradict previous reports that claim the June 2 edition of “Monday Night Raw” will be Batista’s last WWE event for an extended period of time.
As previously reported, Batista was expected to take time off from WWE competition following “Extreme Rules.” When WWE Creative decided that they wanted the program to continue until “Payback” between Evolution and The Shield, Batista was convinced to stick around until June. However, it now seems like Batista will still be making appearances for WWE throughout the month, and may not be going anywhere just yet.
Batista will be taking time off at some point during the Summer to promote his upcoming feature film, “Guardians of the Galaxy,” which hits theaters in August. While movie promotion will keep Batista off WWE TV for a while, he is expected to return to active competition at least for September’s “Night of Champions.”
Thank you to Christopher Torres for sending us a copy of the flyer which advertises Batista’s appearance.

The story continues. NO one knows when this guy is ACTUALLY going to be taking a break it seems.
