F4Wonline.com has provided a backstage report about Triple H and Stephanie McMahon having larger roles in running WWE. Word backstage is that the power couple have officially stepped into the predominant leadership role within the company, and it was clearly evident to everyone over the last month or so. Their influence could be seen in just about every facet of WrestleMania XXX, and many believe that it will only continue to grow.
Vince McMahon is still the man “in charge,” but everyone in the locker room is looking at 2014 as a transition period within WWE. The April 7 edition of “Monday Night Raw” was evidence of this, as numerous NXT superstars were promoted for a main roster debut soon, including Adam Rose and Bo Dallas. With NXT’s current developmental environment being the brain child of Triple H, many believe NXT stars will be pushed more and more as time goes on, as Triple H is extremely proud of the results the program is producing.
NXT Women’s Champion Paige and Alexander Rusev did make their WWE main roster debut on “Monday Night Raw,” where Paige won the Divas Championship from AJ Lee. The Ultimate Warrior also made his final WWE appearance on the April 7 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” which his return was said to be highly due to Triple H and his pursuit of a reconciliation between the two parties.
When it was confirmed that Warrior had passed away on April 8, it was indeed Triple H that broke the news to the WWE locker room. Apparently Vince McMahon was too “shaken up” to make the announcement.
