AJ Lee's "Pipe Bomb" Was Done For the WWE Total Divas Series

WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee dropped what many have referred to a “pipe bomb” Monday night on RAW, where she confronted the cast of WWE Total Divas and told them they are worthless. F4Wonline.com is reporting that this “pipe bomb” was only done to set up an angle for the Total Divas reality series, and to book AJ Lee vs “a Total Diva” match at Night of Champions.

E! cameras were backstage Monday night, filming the promo by Lee and the reactions from other Divas. The AJ Lee vs the Total Divas angle will soon be featured on the program which airs on Sunday nights at 10pm. Not only will the interactions between Lee and the cast of the show be featured on the program, but also the match at Night of Champions and the build to the match will be showcased on Total Divas as well.

Many backstage raved about how well the AJ Lee promo was done, giving her very high praise for her delivery. Former WWE Champion, and originator of the phrase “pipe bomb” CM Punk, also commented on the promo, calling it and Lee a “pipe bombshell.”
