The Man is getting another moment to shine. According to a new report from WWE.com, Becky Lynch will have her own episode of “WWE Chronicle,” and the show will debut this Saturday on the WWE Network.
Lynch got involved in the main event of Smackdown Live this week, which featured Charlotte Flair against Asuka. You can see a clip of that below:
From WWE.com:
SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was gearing up for her highly anticipated match at Survivor Series against Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey, but after taking a punch from Nia Jax, the champion found herself in “doctor jail,” and the dream match was called off. Follow Becky as she looks back on her evolution into becoming “The Man,” and join The Irish Lass Kicker on her journey back to the ring at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs in a new edition of WWE Chronicle.
In addition, this week’s edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that cameras were shooting footage of Lynch appearing on Ariel Helwani’s MMA show.
Lynch is currently scheduled to defend the Smackdown Live Women’s Championship against Charlotte and Asuka at the upcoming TLC pay-per-view in the first ever Women’s TLC Match.
Editor’s Opinion:
I love this idea. Ever since The Man turned heel at SummerSlam this year, she has become the hottest commodity in WWE and the most over superstar by far. Fans will love to see her journey from the beginning, and what got her where she is today in the world of professional wrestling.
