The superstar would later take to Twitter to offer the following comments regarding her suspension:

WWE responded to the situation today, and issued the following quote to the The New York Post:
“Saraya-Jade Bevis (Paige’s real name) tested positive for an illegal substance, not a prescription drug,” WWE’s statement to The Post read. “In addition, WWE is providing world-class medical care for her in-ring injury.”
As mentioned earlier, this is Paige’s second suspension for violating the company’s wellness policy. The first incident occurred on August 17 of this year; the same day that her real life boyfriend, Alberto Del Rio, was also suspended for a policy violation.
Rumors have been circulating since that time, that Paige was planning to leave the company after Del Rio was released from his contract. However, she quickly refuted those rumors, saying that she was still with WWE, and would be returning to action soon.
Editor’s Note:
I really feel that Paige’s time with WWE is coming to an end, and we won’t be seeing her on television any more. It seems clear to me that she wants to move on and do other things. If that’s truly what she wants, then more power to her.
What do you think about the situation with Paige? Do you think we’ll be seeing her in a WWE ring again? Let us know in the comments before, or leave us a comment on Facebook!
