Even though she didn’t win this past season of “Tough Enough,” we may not have seen the last of Amanda Saccomanno.
However, the general feeling backstage is that she will eventually receive a contract to train in NXT, as many feel that she has the look and personality to be a WWE Diva.
She did receive some negative feedback from WWE Legend Mick Foley after referring to Sara as a “ring rat” during the course of the show, though.
On the other hand, Zamariah “ZZ” Loupe will most likely not be appearing in a WWE ring any time soon, as officials were reportedly very happy to see Josh Bredl win the competition. It had been previously reported that the WWE brass have not been high on ZZ for quite a long time.
Each finalist had the opportunity to debut a character that they created over the course of the show. Sara’s character was named “Hope,” while Josh entered the ring as “The Yeti.”
Both Josh and Sara will be returning to the WWE Performance Center within the next two weeks to continue their training and development in preparation to become superstars. It’s also unknown whether they will be using their real names when they make their WWE debut.
Editor’s Note:
I personally am not in favor of this. Although Amanda has the look and personality of a WWE Diva, I don’t know if the natural ability in the ring. The divas revolution is doing some amazing things right now for women’s wrestling, and I don’t want new faces to cause the division to back to being used as simply eye candy for the WWE Universe.
On a side note, I wonder if Amanda Saccamanno and Bob Sacamano are related somehow?
