After nearly a 10-year absence from the company, Bubba Ray and D’Von Dudley of The Dudley Boyz are back in business with World Wrestling Entertainment.

The most decorated tandem in the history of the business made their returns during the Aug. 24 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” attacking the Tag Team Champions The New Day, while also putting Xavier Woods through a table.

According to PWInsider, The Dudley Boyz will be working with WWE on a full-time basis, while also travelling for appearances at Live Events.

There are also rumors circulating that the two have signed multi-year contracts, although that has yet to be confirmed at this time.

The aforementioned report notes that very few people in WWE knew that Bubba Ray and D’Von were going to be showing up for “Raw,” with their returns being kept a secret until they emerged at the gorilla position.

At the upcoming “Night of Champions” pay-per-view, it’s assumed that the nine-time WWE Tag Team Champions will challenge The New Day for the gold, with The Prime Time Players possibly also entering the mix.

Editor’s Note

TESTIFY!! So glad to see Bubba Ray and D’Von back with WWE. It was an awesome moment watching Bubba as a participant in the Royal Rumble match back in January, but adding D’Von to the picture makes this grand return so much sweeter.
