14: Sami Zayn Debuts on “Monday Night Raw”

Sami Zayn Claims that He Will Be Out-Of-Action Until 2016

May, 4, 2015. “Monday Night Raw” is emanating from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and John Cena has issued another US Open Challenge. Bret Hart’s music hits, the place goes bananas, and everyone thinks “there’s no way that he wrestling one more match, right?!?!” Turns out that he was there to introduce Cena’s opponent, and when the words ‘Sami Zayn’ come out of Hart’s mouth, the place becomes unglued (no offense to Heath Slater).

Zayn makes his debut, and puts on a great match with Cena, even after he sustained an injury during the contest. Cena did a great job carrying Zayn through the rest of the match, but Montreal’s own proved that belongs in the big time, and hung in there until the very end.

I expect that 2016 will be a huge year for Sami Zayn, and I cannot wait to see him back in either an NXT or WWE ring really soon.
