The Wrestling Rumors Staff Gives Their “Payback” Predictions!

Kick-off Show – United States Championship: Kalisto (c) vs. Ryback

In a rematch from the WrestleMania Kick-off show, Kalisto will once again be defending his title against Ryback. In my opinion, only one question remains in this match: does anyone really care?

The storyline going into this match is that Ryback underestimated Kalisto at WrestleMania, and won’t take him so lightly at “Payback.” The only problem is that neither of these two have been on “Monday Night Raw” the past couple of weeks, and this match just seems thrown together because of a mid-card title.

Either way, I’m not expecting a whole lot out of this match. And what does it say about what WWE currently thinks of the US Title, that is is now being defended on the pre-show for two pay-per-views in a row??
