Stephanie McMahon: “I think Conor [McGregor] would be a perfect fit with WWE”

If the boss says it, maybe it’s true?

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon was recently interviewed by Mirror, and was asked about the potential of UFC superstar Conor McGregor would be a good fit for the company.

“I think Conor would be a perfect fit with WWE,” said McMahon, speaking at a Leaders in Sports convention at Stamford Bridge.

“He certainly has the personality and the athletic ability, the appeal.

“He speaks his mind, he’s very genuine and authentic and he has a hell of a Vince McMahon swagger.”

WWE Superstars respond to Conor McGregor

McGregor recently competed against Floyd Mayweather, in one of the most anticipated boxing matches of all time. He was defeated at 1:05 of the 10th round on August 28.

Earlier this year, current superstar Chris Jericho said that the UFC star coming to WWE would be a no-brainer.

To be honest, I don’t know if this is something that I want to see. While it would be fun to see McGregor get destroyed in a wrestling ring, I just think that it might not be as big of a draw as for what he would want to get paid.
