Last night at Extreme Rules, Seth Rollins competed in a 30-minute Iron Man Match against Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship.
After the match ended in a 4-4 draw, Kurt Angle restarted the match to ensure that there was a decisive winner. Quickly after however, Drew McIntyre, who was ejected from ringside earlier in the contest, distracted Rollins, allowing Ziggler to hit a Zig Zag to retain the title.
However, that wasn’t the part of the night that drew a lot of attention.
During the match, the Pittsburgh crowd counted down from ten seconds every time that another minute would wind down on the clock. This is similar to what happens every year at the Royal Rumble event.

I don’t know if this is a shot at the crowd or not, but I’m glad that they acknowledged it. Honestly, I thought it was hilarious and didn’t take away from the amazing match that Rollins and Ziggler had. You could tell that the crowd was into it by how excited they were near the end of the contest!
