Any time, any where. Last night at the 2019 Money in the Bank pay-per-view, it was announced that Mick Foley would be showing up on Raw tonight to debut a new championship in WWE.
But what exactly was that title?
Foley showed up on Raw to announce the 24/7 Championship. This is a title can be defended any time and any where, as long as there is a referee present to make the pinfall.
Furthermore, the title can be won by anybody on the main roster, 205 Live, NXT and NXT UK.
But who would be crowned the first champion?
After a scramble involving many superstars, Titus O’Neil would be crowned the inaugural 24/7 Champion. However, the title reign would not last for long, as Robert Roode would quickly attack O’Neil and defeat him to become the new champion, about 1 minute after O’Neil’s victory.
However, the night would still not be over as R-Truth tricked Roode in the parking lot and pinned him to become the new 24/7 Champion.
Many superstars had their own thoughts on what the new title would be:

I know that a lot of people are going to look down on this new title, but I think it could be a lot of fun. Not only does it give something for the superstars who aren’t being used on the show to do, but it also could lead to some fun and comedic spots, along with some unexpected moments. Let’s give it a shot and see what happens!
