More Details on Adam Rose’s Arrest; Suspended Indefinitely by WWE

As previously reported, Adam Rose was arrested this morning for tampering with a witness and battery domestic violence. PWInsider.com has obtained a copy of the criminal affidavit which lead to his arrest.

According to the report, Rose, whose real name is Raymond Leppan, was in an argument with his wife, Cassandra, over the state of their marriage. Rose would proceed to grab her by her face and pull her closer to him as they were arguing. Cassandra attempted to call 911, but Rose took the phone away from her to prevent her from reporting the incident.

According to the arresting officers, Rose admitted that he took the phone away from his wife. This led to the tampering with a witness charge, as that is illegal in the state of Florida.

Rose remains incarcerated, without bail.

WWE has released the following statement regarding the incident:

Raymond Leppan (a.k.a. WWE Superstar Adam Rose) was arrested at his home this morning by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Tampa, Fla.

According to a police report, Leppan was taken into custody and booked on alleged charges of tampering with a witness, a felony, and battery domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He is currently being held without bond.

WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymond Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest.
