One of our readers, Tim Harkovich, attended the “Smackdown Live” show from the Allstate Arena in Chicago on December 26, 2017. He shared some of his thoughts from the event, which you can read below:

First, the show was pretty packed. Part of my section was blocked off due to the way the set was constructed so I got upgraded to floor seats near the entrance ramp.

Biggest pop was for Styles, and Rusev. Boo wise was definitely Jinder; my section even tried to start a steroid chant for him, but it didn’t gain any traction. A few times people tried to get Punk chants going but they were shut down pretty fast.

Not too much happened during commercials that I saw.

The dark match main event was Styles, Nakamura, orton vs Jinder, Owens and Zayn. With Daniel Bryan as special guest ref. That match was great. Orton went to town on Zayn with the presents on the ramp. Nakamura got an excellent reaction from everyone. It was a really great show and the live experience was nice.
