Whatcha gonna do, brother?!?

According to the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there has been talk within WWE of bringing Hulk Hogan back to the company.

While the star power is obviously there, the biggest concern is how the potential media backlash would effect the company’s sponsors. Hogan has had several controversial episodes in the past, regarding various racial comments and sexual incidents. This led to his dismissal from the company in July 2015.

While there have been talks of Hogan returning to WWE in the past, there has also been talks of him returning with another company in a big angle. However, it would not have made economic sense and it might also have been perceived that he was going to another company simply to attempt to get back to WWE.

You can see a clip of once of Hogan’s last appearances on WWE programming below:

Editor’s Opinion:

Bringing this man back to WWE would be a bad business decision all around. All of the controversy surrounding him has tarnished his legacy and reputation, and the backlash from the public would far outweigh the potential gains.
