Emma Suffers an Injury at a Live Show in Liverpool, England

According to reports from a live WWE show in Liverpool, England, Emma sustained an injury while teaming with Mickie James in a match against Sasha Banks and Bayley. Apparently she took a shoulder bump in the corner and was unable to finish the match.

The referee then indicated the “X” signal, causing the match to stop.

Emma is currently in a program with Dana Brooke on “Raw,” where she is trying become Brooke’s new mentor. Prior to this, there had been several vignettes aired indicating that she was transiting from ‘Emma’ to ‘Emmalina.’

However, she would quickly return back to being ‘Emma,’ and began her program with Brooke.

What unfortunate timing. She has always been someone who has intrigued the WWE Universe, and is very versatile as a character. Not only is she able to play both a heel and a face very well, but she is great in the ring and has a bright future with the company.
