Earlier in the week, a Tennessee judge ruled that the frontman for the “Smashing Pumpkins” could not prove that the company had become insolvent, and therefore would not be granted a majority of ownership.
However, this case is still open and may end up being overturned should evidence mount that would prove Corgan’s claim.
