It had been previously reported that Sasha Banks wants to sit out the remainder of her WWE contract and has asked for her release from the company. On Raw this past week, Dana Brooke was put into the 2019 Women’s Money in the Banks ladder match instead of The Boss.

According to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletterthe reason for this was because Banks is still refusing to work. Furthermore, WWE is attempting to sign everyone whose contracts are about to expire with big offers.

Editor’s Thoughts:

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: if The Boss wants to be gone from WWE, they should let her go. She’s not as good as everyone think that she is, and if she would be happier somewhere else, then good for her.
