Rose is currently serving a 60-day suspension from WWE for a second violation of their wellness policy. In a statement regarding the suspension, he stated that he was unaware that he had done anything wrong, and that he was simply taking prescribed medication from his doctor. He also provided a Doctor’s Note stating that he was simply following instructions.
If Rose is eventually convicted on these charges, it could mean the end of his tenure with WWE. This is a statement from their official Talent Programs and Policies:
WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault. Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated.

Editor’s Note:
This is one of the worst possible things that could happen to Rose. I’m sure he’s already on thin ice with the company following his violation of the wellness policy, and this will certainly not help his case when he is ready to make his return to WWE. Making matters worse, all of the recent firings with the company means that they are wanting to trim any parts of the roster that they can, and this incident makes Rose an easy target.
