It looks like the planned Leprechaun reboot starring Hornswoggle is finally moving forward.  TheWrap.com is reporting today that Zack Lipovsky, a visual effects veteran, has been chose by Lionsgate and WWE Studios to helm the Leprechaun reboot.  Lipovsky has directed a number of television movies, and is best known as a finalist on Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett’s reality television competition On The Lot, where contestants were battling for a development deal with Dreamworks.

The film was written by Harris Wilkinson and not much else is currently known about the direction of the new film.
