Current TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bully Ray was a guest on the CBS: Boston radio program “Felger and Mazz on May 28th to promote TNA and their upcoming PPV event, Slammiversary.  Among the topics of his upcoming battle with Sting, the Aces and 8’s, and Brooke Hogan, Bully Ray finds himself also having to defend himself against the program’s own producer, Jimmy Stewart. At the beginning of the interview, Stewart calls Bully an “average athlete,” and says that he favors Jeff Hardy as who he would want holding the title. Bully, obviously offended, began defending himself and demanding an apology or he would leave the studio and quit the interview process right then and there.

Stewart apologizes immediately so that the conversation can continue, and the two begin talking about different topics. Bully Ray claims that he doesn’t wish for Sting to retire, but he wants him to lose at Sunday’s Slammiversary so that he has to remain in TNA, but never be able to compete for the World Heavyweight Championship ever again. He then goes on to talk about how the Aces and 8’s stable is his brainchild, and he wants to see this group of guys take over the industry. Bully, remaining in kayfabe, then talks about his relationship with his “wife” Brooke Hogan, AJ Styles’ attacking the Aces and 8’s, and the new start time for IMPACT WRESTLING LIVE, which will change to 9pm ET this Thursday, May 30th on Spike TV.
