A lot has been buzzing around lately regarding Shane McMahon and the UFC. Regardless of whether they are rumors or actually true, there’s some people that actually believe in Shane O’Mac’s abilities translating into the octagon.

Former ECW Superstars Tommy Dreamer and Bubba Ray Dudley recently spoke to TMZ about the potential of McMahon fighting in the UFC. Citing his recent match with AJ Styles at Wrestlemania, the two legends stated that “you would have to kill him to beat him.” They also stated that while his technical prowess within the wrestling ring was not phenomenal “in the traditional sense,” they praised him by calling him “a real badass,” and that he would have a chance in that he could choke people out or knock them out.

It is worth noting that in 2009, Shane was in talks of purchasing the UFC when the company was still cheap enough to purchase. That clearly fell through, and the UFC has become the company it is today. However, McMahon’s interest in the promotion has not waned, and if it were to come to fruition, there are at the very least some wrestlers that would bet against the odds on him if he entered the octagon.
