According to a report by F4WOnline.com, the WWE is planning on turning Sheamus heel in the very near future.

This will take place either during the upcoming European Tour or shortly after.

Management doesn’t want him getting cheered too soon so the impact of the turn would be diminished.

Sheamus lost a singles match on “WWE Main Event” this past week to Bray Wyatt. He then teamed with Jimmy and Jey Uso in a losing effort to all three Wyatt Family members on “Friday Night SmackDown.”

“The Celtic Warrior” first debuted on the roster as a heel, winning the WWE Championship on two separate occasions. He made the switch to face in an in-ring segment with Mark Henry just weeks before “WWE SummerSlam” in 2011.

Editor’s Note

This is long overdue. Sheamus’ character has gotten stale over the past year, so maybe a heel turn could be the spark he needs to get himself back in the main event picture.
