As is the case with most pay-per-views, WWE will address the crowd at some point during the show and reveal the attendance numbers.

At “Survivor Series” on Nov. 23, no such number was announced.

According to several fans who attended the festivities, there were plenty of areas at the Scottrade Center which were tarped off, indicating that WWE had a difficult time selling tickets.

With “Survivor Series” being free to all new subscribers of the WWE Network, perhaps a majority of the WWE Universe preferred staying at home over paying money to attend live.

The fact that the card only featured five matches could also been seen as a slight against the pay-per-view, as well.

Editor’s Note

To those of you who did purchase a ticket, you got to see Sting debut. Enough said.
