Earlier today at WrestlingRumors.net, we reported that former WWE and WCW superstar Kevin Nash had gone on an angry Twitter rant (@RealKevinNash) Saturday night about Hall-of-Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper.
It appears that comments Piper made on his recent podcast about an incident that took place during their days in WCW is what set Nash off.
Piper mentioned how he stood up and applauded Mr. T (who he has a storied past with) during the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on April 5. However, one person he didn’t applaud for was Nash, who came out to induct his good friend Scott Hall. Piper felt that he would have been a hypocrite had he done so.
He brought up how he and Nash always used to get into it, as Nash’s group tried to “run rough shod” over the company. Piper then told a story about a tag team match the two had against each other, saying how Nash couldn’t work, although he “might be a good basketball player…….maybe.”

Editor’s Note
This is one beef that will not die. Let’s throw Piper and Nash in a steel cage and settle this like men.
