In a recent interview with The Burton Mail, two-time WWE Hall of Famer and 16-time World Champion Ric Flair discussed why he believes World Wrestling Entertainment doesn’t utilize him more for their shows.

“I appear on WWE programming about eight or nine times a year now,” Flair said. “I think I could offer more and I think the management would like to use me more but it is about the offers that have to follow me that they have to consider as well. I can be a very tough act to follow.

“I can still be active and will be for many more years to come, but they also have to take into account the other superstars at the same time.”

He last made an appearance during the “Raw Reunion” episode of “Monday Night Raw” on Jan. 19, joining Shawn Michaels and Hulk Hogan in the ring for a Legends Panel.

He predicted that Dean Ambrose would win the 2015 “Royal Rumble” match before being knocked out by Big Show.

Editor’s Note

Ric Flair isn’t one to back away from the spotlight. He still believes that he could be the biggest thing in wrestling, even in the modern era. Not a chance, with all due respect.
