According to PWInsider.com, a certain WWE superstar may be joining CM Punk as yet another high-profile departure from the company.

Four-time World Champion Alberto Del Rio has reportedly been letting it be known that once his contract is up, he will leave the WWE.

He hasn’t been happy with going from a main event player on the SmackDown brand as its World Champion to now being fed to Batista.

It has yet to be officially announced, but a match between Del Rio and Batista will likely be added to the Elimination Chamber card.

A feud with Batista may be considered a step up, but Del Rio isn’t expected to go over in the end.

Del Rio is 36-years-old and has several years of mileage on him as both a former MMA fighter in Japan and a professional wrestler down in Mexico and with World Wrestling Entertainment. It’s believed that he’s been very good with his money and shouldn’t be in any financial trouble once he does retire for good.
