Reason Why Naomi Was Removed From WWE “Total Divas” Revealed

As we draw closer to the return of WWE “Total Divas” on Jan. 4, the show will be minus two of its regulars as Naomi and Summer Rae will no longer be a part of the cast.

Naomi recently took to Twitter to let fans know that her departure was not by choice.

For many fans who’ve been asking I am no longer apart of the #TotalDivas cast (not by choice) I still support my girls and I’m excited…

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, with Naomi and Jimmy Uso now married, there was very little left for them to do on the show.

With the Funkadactyls (Naomi and Cameron) split and several other couples on the show needing time on the program, the decision was made to remove her completely.

Alicia Fox and Paige have joined the cast to integrate new storylines and relationships.

Editor’s Note

The logic behind removing Naomi is sound. That well is now dry. It’s time for other Divas to get their moment in the spotlight.
