WWE has offered Uhaa Nation a developmental deal. As previously reported, WWE and Nation, real name Sesugh Uhaa, have been dancing back-and-forth about a deal for some time. Nation attended a tryout at the WWE Performance Center in September, and according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, has now been offered a developmental contract.

The report does not say whether Uhaa has accepted the opportunity, but he has apparently told others in the business that he is not taking bookings past a certain date. Dave Meltzer writes the following about Uhaa in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter,

“He’s one of the bigger names on the indie scene because not only does he have the agility that is a big deal on small shows, but he got a muscular body like Vince McMahon favors, and is very strong for his size.

He’s not that tall. He’s clearly someone with potential. He’s been working with Dragon Gate and Evolve over the past couple of years.”

Editor’s Note:
Would be another stellar signing for WWE. Nation can go, and is built like a freakin’ brick house.
